Stephen Steinbach, AICP

Stephen Steinbach has over 25 years of experience in the fields of urban planning and real estate consultation/development. A certified urban planner, Stephen has represented a diverse group of private sector clients throughout the mid-south area, including Tennessee, Arkansas, Mississippi, and Alabama. Stephen also has extensive experience in the public sector, having served as a municipal planning consultant to the Memphis metroplex communities of Collierville, Piperton, Lakeland, and Arlington in Tennessee, and Horn Lake and Olive Branch in Mississippi. Moreover, Stephen has testified as an expert witness in numerous cases involving annexation, land subdivision and zoning.  Finally, as a licensed real estate professional Mr. Steinbach has extensive experience in commercial brokerage, site selection, real estate market analysis, and project pro forma development.  Mr. Steinbach is a Principal Partner with UrbanInsites.

Brett Morgan has over 25 years of experience in the fields of urban planning and real estate consultation/development. A certified urban planner, Brett has represented a diverse group of private sector clients throughout the mid-south region.  Mr. Morgan has broad experience in the public sector as well, not only as a consultant but also serving on numerous planning committtees and advisory boards for the City of Millington and for Shelby County. Some of these include the Millington Planning Commission, the Millington Old Town Steering Committee, and the MPO’s Transportation Plan Advisory Committee for the 2040 Long Range Transportation Plan. Mr. Morgan currently serves as member of the Airport Authority for the Millington Regional Jetport and is a member of the Shelby County Greenprint Consortium.  Mr. Morgan serves as a Principal Partner with UrbanInsites.
